I Lied


I lied in the last Devlog. I am here to announce that development is restarting, this time in Unity as Sector Twelve Games.

Over the past few days I have been learning the basics of the engine, and I think I now have the skills to do what I could on GameMaker.

Here are the changes using unity:

  • The camera will now follow the player, with load zones being much less common.
  • The incredibly simple art style will be very slightly more detailed.
  • The physics will be different as what was seen in the trailer.
  • Menus, UI, and level design will be changed.

Here is what is staying the same:

  • Theme and setting.
  • The general look of the game.
  • The genres and plan for the game.
